East Street Residential

310studio were commissioned to develop designs for the creation of a new mixed use building on East street with a commercial unit at ground floor and 4 apartments above.

The residential component works hard to create an entrance and arrival sequence that created a sense of refinement, quality and surprise within this compact urban site with its myriad constraints. The overall design, realised through close collaboration with the contractor Mucha Construction throughout the build, creates a beautifully detailed and well considered arrangement of dwellings within an attractive urban setting in the heart of Bristol.

The studio were also commissioned to design the fit out for the Pharmacy for the project client whose Pharmacy occupies the ground floor commercial unit. This project can be found here.
