Canonbury House

A comprehensive remodelling of a family home in the Canonbury Conservation Area, London.

The house had a wonderful garden but very little awareness of such from a very small kitchen and living room to the rear. 310studio proposed a simple, powerful solution of a single large opening that fully celebrates the beautiful garden beyond from within a generously proportioned, open-planned kitchen and dining room. A separate detached reading room is located at the front of the house for the family’s many beautiful books and two additional bedrooms were added.

The studio were later commissioned to design the family’s holiday home in the French Alps.
