Cedar Creek Lakehouse

Our clients bought an extraordinary plot on Star Harbor Marina, Texas, with the ambition to build a lakehouse that maximises the stunning views out across the lake. 

310studio attended site for the first time in early 2019 and remotely oversaw the build during the Covid pandemic liaising directly with the Project Manager on the ground. 

The completed build is a testament to the clients rigorous attention to detail and achieves both an internal and external connection with the lake that is simple, direct and effortless.
