Chalk Farm

310studio were commissioned to interrogate the development opportunities for a complex site in Chalk Farm, North London. The project is ongoing and programmed to be submitted for planning shotly.

The scheme includes high-end residential apartments and mews townhouses, set over a prime retail unit at basement and ground. The project takes cues from the old piano factory located historically on the site, including texture and a seculded rear courtyard for the residents.
