Fenchurch Street Office

310stuido have proposed internal office concepts for QBE to revamp their Fenchurch Street headquarters. The office refurbishment aims to help entice staff back into the office by providing flexible and exiciting workspaces.

The project included 4 design options:

The Garden

Creating a distinctive area from the rest of the office space by creating a relaxing garden environment.

Bleacher

Creating sculptured timber furniture & partitions to provide a range of different spaces & levels of privacy.

Fabric

Areas that can be sub-divided with curtains providing semi-private spaces in multiple configurations.

Furniture

The layout is dynamically planned to create various zones depending on the level of privacy required.
