Wellcome Trust Conference Suites

310studio were commissioned by the Wellcome Trust to redesign all three Conference Suite’s and associated multi-use breakout spaces to create new, state of the art facilities at their HQ on Euston Rd, London.

Among the principal design challenges presented by the project was how to rework the existing spaces in ways that were contrasting but sympathetic to their beautiful, albeit particularly corporate context, and thereby help to reinforce the revised brand identity of the Wellcome Trust as an approachable, inclusive and egalitarian organisation.

Additionally, an extensive and carefully integrated upgrade of the AV, acoustic, environmental and technical installations were fundamental to the success of the undertaking.
